Vendor and Supplier Pass: $1,500 (professionals working for f&b vendors, manufacturers, suppliers, trade organizations)

What is StarChefs Congress? A three-day, industry-only symposium featuring Main Stage Cooking Demonstrations; Hands-on Savory, Pastry, and Bartender Workshops; Wine Tasting Seminars; and Business Panels. The Congress also features a trade show with top-of-class equipment and product sponsors, three competitions, pop-up restaurants, and food carts.

What does my pass include? Main Stage demos, a killer lunch (from 11am to 2pm each day), access to the trade show, Congress Cocktail, and an all-industry after-party. Workshops, however, are separate—first come, first serve—and they sell out fast. Visit for more details.

When does the show start each day? Registration begins each day at 9am, and workshops at 10am. Main stage demonstrations start at 2pm.

Valle de Guadalupe Food and Wine


The Valle Food & Wine Festival was founded in 2017 by chefs Javier Plascencia and Nancy Silverton along with writer Carolina Carreño and Fernando Gaxiola, owner of the travel company Baja Food & Wine. The second annual festival, now run by Carreño and Gaxiola, is held in the fast-growing wine and travel region, Valle de Guadalupe, in Ensenada, about 60 miles south of the US/Mexico Border. It is unique in drawing a lineup of first-rate chefs from both sides of the border to promote and celebrate the bounty of the region and the unique cuisine of Baja California, which is now being recognized world-wide. Chefs cook in a wide open field, surrounded by vineyards and mountains, over open fires, and in barrel smokers and Caja Chinas, exemplifying the rustic chic style of the Valle.
